During these strange times our main priority is keeping you safe, so we have devised a plan to make sure you can have as normal and relaxed experience as possible.
Once you have booked your appointment
we will give you a call 48 - 24 hours before to confirm the appointment and just reiterate the following points we have put in place to keep you and us as safe as possible.
So we can control the cleanliness of
the boutique we are having to limit the number of people that can come to an appointment to yourself and two guests..
Once you arrive we will ask if you can wear a mask during the appointment. (Don't worry we have made pretty ones!) We will be wearing one too throughout and they will all be thoroughly washed at the end of the day.
Before we jump in to finding your dream dress we will kindly ask if you can wash your hands.
We will begin your appointment by having a chat and really getting a good idea about the kind of style that you are after. Once we have got an idea your consultant will help you choose a selection of gowns.
Please note that we ask that the consultant you are with pulls the dresses out for you, to limit touching the dresses.
Once we have chosen the gowns you would like to try we will then move over to your
private bridal area.
We will ask your guest to take a seat on the sofa and if they can remain there throughout the appointment to help with social distancing.
We have installed a screen in to the fitting room and will zoom call your bride tribe so they are still involved with you finding your dream dress.
We will send out a private zoom meeting code prior to the appointment so you can send it to your loved ones.
We will be helping you in and out of the gowns during your appointment making sure we can get the best fit possible.
Once you have found your dream dress we will make sure everyone on zoom loves it just as much as we do and will get you all measured up and order your dream dress!
With all these changes we hope to keep the magic of the appointment alive, we will still do what we do best and offer out knowledge and down to earth customer service.
